FOOD SAFETY Chicken, pork, minced meat and fish show a core temperature based on the Nordic food agencies' advice (Livsmedelsverket, Mattilsynet, Fødevarestyrelsen, Ruokavirasto). Times are guidance – models differ, so always check in time.
