KuberaX puts your Tally books on your phone.

Your accounts stay exactly where they are. The KuberaX Desktop Bridge runs on the computer where Tally is installed, keeps a mirror of your company on our server, and the app reads that mirror. Your dashboard, ledgers and outstanding are in your pocket, without Tally having to be open in front of anyone.

THE DASHBOARD The figures an owner opens the app for, matched to Tally: cash and bank balances, receivables and payables, sales and purchases, opening and closing stock, gross and net profit, and a cash flow chart by Nepali month. Top 5 customers, suppliers and products, top outstanding and overdue parties, non-moving and slow-moving items. Every row opens the record it names.

REPORTS Day Book for today, this month or this year. Every ledger, searchable, with its vouchers and the full detail of each. Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Ratio Analysis. Bills receivable and payable with due dates and overdue days, and ledger-wise outstanding the way Tally lays it out. FSN analysis of stock movement. Every report shares as a PDF with your company letterhead.

BUILT FOR NEPAL Bikram Sambat dates throughout, figures in lakhs and crores, and the returns an auditor asks for by name: the Sales, Purchase, Sales Return and Purchase Return registers, the PAN list, the party report above one lakh, confirmation letters, and the Fatbari registers exported as the IRD's own Excel forms.

WRITE BACK TO TALLY Create a sales invoice, purchase, receipt, payment, contra, journal, credit note, debit note, sales order, purchase order, quotation, or a new ledger, group or stock item from the app. The Desktop Bridge writes it into your Tally within seconds and confirms. Nothing is deleted or altered behind your back; Tally stays the book of record.

APPROVALS Decide, per company, whose entries reach Tally straight away and whose wait for an approver. A held entry stays out of the books until it is released, and the person who raised it can see where it stands.

FOR THE FIELD TEAM A salesman signs in to their own view of the customers assigned to them. Start a trip, check in at each party, record what happened, and raise the sale or the receipt at the counter. The owner sees every trip and every check-in as it happens.

SEVERAL COMPANIES, ONE LOGIN Every company open in Tally on the office PC syncs, including split-year companies. Switch between them in the app; each device login sees only the companies it has been given.
