En resumen
Mck Coaching is a private app for working with a personal trainer, with custom training and meal plans, live chat, and progress tracking. It is aimed at that trainer's clients, since access comes directly from the trainer's account. It keeps animated exercise demos, macro charts, weekly check-ins, and body measurements and photos in one place.
