Acerca de
Mein Monatsfluss is a simple, private period tracker for your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no tracking: everything you enter stays on your device only.
CALENDAR Tap a day to log your flow as light, medium or heavy. Colors show how your month went and when your next period is expected. You can also note symptoms.
STATISTICS Average cycle length, your last cycle and the days until your next period, all in one place.
HISTORY A bar chart shows your cycles over the last 3, 6 or 12 months, so you can see how your rhythm changes over time.
TIPS AND GOOD TO KNOW Short, general information about the cycle, tips for logging, and when a doctor’s visit makes sense.
PDF EXPORT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Export your calendar for any period as a PDF, like the paper calendar from the doctor’s office but with colored cells. You decide who gets it.
PRIVACY No sign-up, no ads, no analytics. The app does not send any data to servers.
This app does not replace medical advice.
