Metrik Fit keeps your training, nutrition and body progress in one place.

TRAINING - Programs and workout plans: build your own, follow a coach's, or let the AI draft one for you. - Live session player with sets, reps, weight and rest timers, exercise instructions with images, and personal records. - Workout of the day, session history and progression from workout to workout.

NUTRITION - Food diary with calories and macros. Add food by text, photo, barcode scan or from the Open Food Facts database. - Meals, recipes, daily and weekly totals against your goals.

BODY PROGRESS - Weight, body measurements and progress photos with side-by-side comparison.

AI COACH - A chat and voice assistant that logs your food, starts and guides your workouts and answers your questions. - Answers are generated automatically and are not medical advice.

MORE - Sleep, alcohol and cigarette tracking modules, statistics and charts. - Coaching: share programs with clients, follow their progress and run group sessions. - Exercise and tutorial videos play from YouTube, in YouTube's own player. - Available in English, Bulgarian and German.

SHARING AND SAFETY - What you enter is private to your account. It is shared only with a coach or a gym you join, inside that gym's own space, or through a private link you create and can revoke at any time. There is no public feed and no user search. - Anything another person shares with you can be reported from inside the app, and you can block a coach or a client at any time. Reports reach our moderation team.

An account is required. Some features are available depending on your account plan.

SUBSCRIPTIONS Performance, Elite and Coach are auto-renewable subscriptions, each available monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings after purchase. Metrik Fit also has a free tier, which needs no subscription.
