MissionOS

MissionOS is a personal planning app for people with more goals than hours.

Tell it what matters to you (your Priorities), what you're working towards (Projects and Targets) and the steps involved (Actions). MissionOS weighs your deadlines, the order things need to happen in, your energy and your time, and suggests the next step worth taking. When plans change, the suggestion changes with them, and you can always see why it chose what it did.

PLAN • Priorities, Projects, Actions and Targets, all editable in place. • Dependencies: an Action can wait for another Action, or for a Target to be reached. • Targets met by a Metric reaching a value, Actions being completed, a routine being kept, or by you. • Notes, photos and documents on any Action: PDFs, Word, Excel, Pages and more, up to 20 MB each. • Focus on one Project for a week when it needs to win.

DO • Today suggests your best next Action and shows why. • Focus sessions and timers that record the time things really take, with a Lock Screen timer. • Routines for the things you do on repeat, ticked off in a tap. • Daylight: Actions that need daylight show how long the light lasts where you are, and aren't suggested after dark.

CAPTURE • Tap the microphone on any screen and say what's on your mind: a thought, a meeting, a site visit, up to three hours. • Transcribed on your iPhone. With Apple Intelligence, MissionOS finds the Actions and their dates, the decisions and the open questions, and you choose what goes into your plan. • Record on Apple Watch or share a voice memo in. Turn a meeting into a PDF to send.

LOOK BACK • A weekly review, one card at a time, that keeps the facts for you and asks what worked. • Mission Score and Project Scores that show momentum, not grades. • mOS, a built-in guide that helps you set up, answers questions about your plan and suggests what to do next.

APPLE WATCH Your next Action, Done and Focus on your wrist, with your routines and Mission Score. Add Actions even when your iPhone isn't in reach; they're sent as soon as it is. Double tap to mark Done on Apple Watch Series 9, Ultra 2 and later.

APPLE HEALTH (optional) MissionOS can read activity, sleep and body measurements from Apple Health to estimate your energy, tick routines such as an evening walk, and follow Metrics for your Targets. It only reads, never writes, and Health data stays on your iPhone. It is never used for advertising.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account to create, no tracking and no adverts. Your plan is saved on your iPhone, and backed up to your own iCloud if you turn it on, where only you can read it. Suggestions, transcription and summaries all happen on your iPhone.

MISSIONOS PLUS MissionOS is free with up to three ongoing Projects, plus Capture with transcripts and a summary of short recordings. Plus removes the Project limit and adds full meeting summaries and reports, Capture from Apple Watch and from other apps, drafting a Project from a note, photo or file, the morning brief, adding Actions and notes from Apple Watch, and live complications.
