Application portals, authorities and mail servers limit the file size. In PDF Mail Fit you set that limit, for example 2 MB, and get a PDF that stays below it. If that is not possible, the app tells you so instead of producing an unreadable document.
• Presets for 1, 2, 5 and 10 MB, or your own value in KB or MB • "Text only" mode for letters, forms and scans: pure black and white at print resolution with a very small file size. A scanned letter that only fits the limit at 26 dpi in colour stays clearly readable at 300 dpi this way • Filled-in form fields, comments and stamps remain visible • Before you send, the app rates the readability of the result: sharp, readable or rough • The file name is kept, the original is never overwritten • Hand over PDFs straight from Mail or Files with "Open in PDF Mail Fit" • A PDF that is already small enough is left unchanged • Processing happens on your device.
