Users scan or import a document, assign it to a binder and numbered pocket, and mark it as filed once the original is put away. Pocket Archive connects your paper documents to their real filing locations.
Start with both a folder file and a notebook file. Each folder pocket holds up to five documents of the same type. Notebook pockets hold one document on each side. Multiple pages stay together as one document. Filing locations are suggested automatically; change the preferred file style in Settings.
Scan a document with the camera or add it from Photos. Review its title and notes, then assign a binder and numbered pocket. Once you put the original away, mark it as filed.

Documents are processed and stored on your device. Text recognition varies by document and language; review and correct the results.
The free plan includes two binders and 40 pockets in total. Pro is a one-time purchase that lets you add more binders, with up to 200 pockets per binder. No automatic renewal.
Exported data cannot be imported back into the app.
