En resumen
Pool Captains is a lifestyle app for customers of the Pool Captains pool service. It holds a service report for every visit, lets users request a clean or report a problem with photos, and handles billing, invoices, quotes and autopay. One standout feature is that account owners can manage several pools from one login and give team members their own access to chosen pools.

The Pool Captains app is for Pool Captains customers. Sign in with your email and your pool account is in your pocket, whether you have one pool or forty.
EVERY VISIT, ON RECORD After each visit you get a service report: what we did and photos of your pool. Every report is kept in the app, pool by pool.
REQUEST SERVICE OR REPORT A PROBLEM Book a one-time clean, ask for something extra, or show us what is wrong. Snap photos and video, choose the pool, and send. Our office replies right in the app, and you can follow each request from received to resolved.
BILLING IN ONE PLACE See what you owe, pay in a few taps with a card, bank account or Apple Pay, and download invoices and statements. Review quotes from our team and approve them.
AUTOPAY IN TWO MINUTES A short welcome walks you through setting up autopay, so each monthly bill takes care of itself.
ALL YOUR POOLS, AND YOUR WHOLE TEAM Manage several properties from one account and narrow any list to a single pool. Give the people on your team their own sign-in, with access to the whole account or only the pools you choose.
No password to remember: we email you a six-digit code when you sign in.
Questions? Call the office at 850.600.4256 or email team@poolcaptains.com.
