Senthia is a guided-imagination audio app: narrated journeys into vivid, imagined places, with time to settle in and simply be there.

Walk through a sunlit meadow. Rest beside a hidden cenote. Step into a snow-covered cabin with a fire burning, wander a Moroccan market at golden hour, or pause in a vineyard at harvest.

Each journey gently guides you from settling in to arriving somewhere rich in sensory detail. A single voice helps you notice the light, the warmth, and the sounds around you. Nothing to plan. No experience needed.

TEN PLACES TO BEGIN The founding collection draws on practices such as savoring, loving-kindness, gentle body awareness, and mental noting. Journeys run approximately 10–18 minutes, depending on the language and listening mode.

LISTEN YOUR WAY Narrated by Eve in English and Spanish. Choose voice-only narration or the Alpha Waves version with a soft background track. Available listening modes are shown for each journey.

YOUR FIRST FIVE JOURNEYS The first five distinct journeys you start become your free collection, yours to revisit as often as you like. These choices cannot be swapped later. A monthly or annual subscription unlocks the rest of the collection while active.

No email address or password is required. Senthia creates an anonymous account in the background to remember your free selections.

A PRIVATE SPACE TO REFLECT Your reflections, preferences, and listening progress stay on your device. Free-journey selections are stored securely under an anonymous identifier. Senthia has no ads or behavioral analytics; content downloads use network services as described in the Privacy Policy.

Senthia is designed for relaxation, not medical treatment.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
