Since is a clock for every habit you're trying to break. Start one for smoking, vaping, drinking, doomscrolling, takeout, caffeine, or anything else, and it counts up from the last time. The number only goes up. That's the whole trick.

When you slip, reset the clock. The run that just ended isn't thrown away: every run is kept in your history with its length and end date, and your best run is never lost, however many times you start again.

A REAL CLOCK FOR EVERY HABIT Each tracker gets a ticking clock whose hands show the time since your last reset. Pick a costume: pocket watch, wall clock, grandfather clock with a swinging pendulum, digital, twin-bell alarm clock, or microwave. It sways gently in 3D, and tapping it tries on the next style. Reduce Motion is respected.

MANY CLOCKS AT ONCE Track as many habits as you like, each with its own colour and icon. Every card shows the live time, progress to the next milestone, your best run, and which run you're on.

YOUR HISTORY, HONESTLY KEPT • Best run, average run, number of restarts, and total time tracked • A chart of every run so far against your previous best • A full log of every reset, which you can tidy up • Adjust the start time if the clock began at the wrong moment

RESET SAFELY An accidental reset is the worst thing a tracker can do to you, so every reset can be undone for a window you choose (1 minute to 1 hour). The widget's reset button can reset instantly, need two taps, or open the app to confirm.

MILESTONES AND ACHIEVEMENTS Milestones from one hour to five years, with confetti when you cross one and an optional notification when you reach it. Sixteen achievements, and half of them reward getting back on the clock rather than never falling off: Comeback, Phoenix, Stubborn, Honest Books.

MONEY NOT SPENT Give a habit a daily cost and Since turns the clock into a running total of what you haven't spent.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no sign-in. Your trackers stay on your device. If you switch on iCloud backup, a copy is kept in your own iCloud account so a new phone can pick up where the old one left off. You can export everything as a file at any time.
