Slate Calc

Slate Calc is a full scientific calculator with a natural math display. It shows fractions stacked, roots under a radical sign and integrals with their limits, just as they look on paper.

EXACT ANSWERS • Fractions stay as fractions: 2/3 + 1/4 = 11/12 • Roots stay simplified: √8 + √18 = 5√2 • CHANGE switches between improper fractions, mixed numbers and decimals • Degrees, minutes and seconds, with results kept in DMS

POWERFUL MATH • Trigonometry, hyperbolic functions, logarithms and powers • Definite integrals, derivatives and Σ sums • Statistics with one or two variables and regression • Complex numbers, matrices, lists and number bases (BIN, OCT, HEX) • Equation solver: quadratic, cubic and simultaneous equations • 50+ physical constants and metric conversions • Memories, ANS and formula keys

HISTORY • Every calculation is saved with its date and time • Tap any entry to load it again; its result becomes ANS • Swipe left to delete an entry

MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD • Real calculator keys, with haptic feedback • Three themes: Graphite, Light and Midnight • On iPad it keeps a compact size and works in Split View next to your notes • Works fully offline. No ads, no accounts and no tracking
