Apps Choose any apps on your iPhone. On the Mac, pick from all installed apps.
Websites Five ready-made lists: social media, entertainment, games, adult sites and other. Turn a whole list or single sites on and off, and add your own.
Coins Every hour locked earns one coin. Unlocking costs 20 coins, and you read a short fact first. A quick look opens one app or site for 5 minutes and costs 5 coins.
Price 7 days free. Then one month (no subscription), one year, or one month for 648 coins.
Levels Your locked time adds up to levels, each compared to something real, like a flight to New York or a full working day.
Hardcore mode Your next lock can't be undone, not even with coins. You can still add apps and sites, but not remove them.
iPhone and Mac Both stay in sync through iCloud. Download the Mac app at sosta.web.app.
Privacy No account, no tracking. Sosta uses Apple's Screen Time and never sees which apps you use.
