Talant.ge

Talant.ge is the mobile companion to the Talant.ge HR platform used by companies in Georgia. Employees use it to record their working time from their phone, and the data flows straight into their employer's attendance records (tabel).

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Find your company and sign in with the credentials provided by your employer • Start and finish your workday with a single tap • See today's first check-in, last check-in, last check-out and total time worked • Track how many check-ins and check-outs you made today • Optional location check: if your employer requires it, your position is used only at the moment you check in or out to confirm you are within the allowed range • View your profile, company and workspace • Switch between Georgian and English, light and dark mode • Request account deletion directly from the app

FOR EMPLOYEES OF TALANT.GE CUSTOMERS The app requires an account created by your employer in Talant.ge. If your company does not use Talant.ge yet, visit talant.ge to learn more.

PRIVACY Your data is sent only to your employer's Talant.ge workspace over an encrypted connection. Location is never tracked in the background and is not used for advertising.
