Pick the hours you want to be present for: family dinner, morning pages, deep work, bedtime. Choose the apps that get in the way. When the time comes, they're blocked, and when it ends, everything comes back. No willpower needed in the moment.
HOW IT WORKS • Name it the way you'd say it out loud. • Pick the days and the window. It can run past midnight. • Choose what gets blocked: apps, whole categories or websites, using Apple's own Screen Time picker. Nothing is deleted. • Meet your accountability buddy: a hand-drawn cat.
WHILE IT RUNS • The cat sits at its desk next to a live countdown. • See the countdown on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and in widgets. • Need your phone back? Hold to end early. The cat might knock your coffee over, but the time you were present still counts. No streaks, no guilt.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Unbothered is built on Apple's Screen Time. Apple gives the app private tokens for the apps you choose, not their names or your usage, so Unbothered can't see what you open or for how long. No account, no servers, no tracking, no ads. Everything stays on your iPhone.
