Life maintenance shouldn't live in your head. Put it in the ledger.
Upkeep Ledger tracks the recurring things nobody reminds you about: the HVAC filter, the oil change, the gutters, the toothbrush, the smoke detectors. It tells you when each one is ready for upkeep again.
It isn't a to-do list or a habit tracker. It's a ledger. Log upkeep when you do it, and Upkeep Ledger works out when it's due next.
• Time-based schedules: every 3 months, 1–2× per week, once a year • Usage-based schedules: every 5,000 miles, every 50 hours • Ready days: "the week starts Monday" — do it any time that week • Seasonal items: gutters in March and September, the furnace in the fall • Reschedule or pause anything in one tap • 200+ ready-made presets across home, kitchen, vehicle, yard, pets and more • Email reminders and calendar sync for the items you choose • No sign-up needed to start
Free for up to 10 items. Upkeep Ledger Pro unlocks unlimited items for $11.99/year, billed through your Apple ID and renewing automatically unless cancelled.
