weScan is an AI-powered iOS app for scanning residential and commercial real estate. Capture 3D spaces in minutes with your iPhone or iPad, add what the report needs while you are on site, and upload the scan.

Scan Scan each floor with the LiDAR sensor of your iPhone or iPad. Start in the centre of the biggest room of the floor and open the connected doors where you can, so the scans can be merged.

Annotate on site Add laser measurements, photos and notes to each floor while you are still in the building. Voice notes are transcribed on your device.

Floor plans and measurement reports Upload your scan to receive accurate floor plans and measurement reports. The deliverables you can order depend on your organisation. They can include the Measurement Report (BBMI), the EPA form, and the WWS form, which collects what is needed to calculate the maximum allowable rental price for regulated housing.

Works offline Projects are stored on your device, so you can scan and annotate without a connection and upload later. Signing in and uploading need an internet connection.

Requirements Scanning with LiDAR needs an iPhone or iPad with a LiDAR sensor. On a device without LiDAR the app records with the rear camera, which gives a floor plan only. You need a weScan account. You can create an organisation account in the app, and members join their organisation by invitation.
