BookMyCal is a productivity app for iPhone that lets people arrange meetings through shared booking links without connecting their calendar to an online scheduling account. Users set working hours, reusable event types, and availability, then review guest requests and save confirmed meetings to an Apple calendar. Its standout point is that existing event titles, notes, locations and attendees stay on the device and are not uploaded to its online services.

BookMyCal helps you arrange meetings on iPhone without connecting your calendar to an online scheduling account.
• Share a booking link using your event type’s defaults. • Create reusable event types with their own duration, availability and meeting method. • Set working hours, unavailable dates and time between meetings. • Choose specific offered times or share the available times within your booking window. • Review incoming requests and save confirmed meetings to your chosen Apple calendar. • Arrange a booking directly with a contact. • Keep upcoming bookings, requests and shared links together.
BookMyCal checks selected calendars on your iPhone. Your existing event titles, notes, locations and attendees are not uploaded to BookMyCal’s online services. Shared offers and encrypted guest requests do use online services.
No additional BookMyCal account is required. Shared booking links require iCloud, an internet connection and Calendar access. Guests request a time in their browser; a request becomes a booking after you confirm it.
