Chapterly: Greek Life

Collecting dues shouldn't cost your chapter money. Chapterly never charges the chapter a cent. Dues go straight into your account, and you can finally see who's actually paid. I know the struggle because I had to deal with it in my chapter. I learned this problem was much larger. Every semester looked the same. A spreadsheet updated by hand. A group chat where announcements went to die. Sending the same payment reminder to the same forty guys for the fourth week straight. And then paying a platform for the privilege of collecting our own money. So I built the thing I wanted. Turns out every chapter's semester looked like mine.

DUES: Members pay from their phone. You watch it land. Payment plans, partial payments, the guy who swears he already sent it. It's all in one list you can actually trust. The money goes to your chapter's bank account, not ours, and we don't take a cut from the chapter.

TEXTS, NOT ANOTHER GROUP CHAT: Meeting moved to Thursday. Dues close Friday. Send it as a text and people see it. Whole chapter, or just the twelve who haven't paid yet.

ATTENDANCE WITHOUT THE CLIPBOARD: Post the calendar once. Members check in when they get there and the app confirms they're at the event. No sign-in sheet going missing. No one arguing in exec about whether they showed.

RUSH: Your whole recruitment committee working off the same PNM list instead of six different notes apps. Updates show up live, so nothing falls through between rounds.

THE ROSTER: Upload your chapter once and members claim their own profiles. Nobody fills out a form. Nobody's phone number is three years out of date. New members can look someone up by pledge class or committee instead of asking around.

TASKS THAT DON'T DISAPPEAR: Assign it, put a deadline on it, see whether it moved. Committee chairs stop having to chase people. Mostly. MERCH Pick a template, design it, open a store for your chapter. Ships to members directly or to the house. Nobody fronts six hundred dollars for shirts and spends a month collecting it back.

PRIVACY MATTERS: Chapters run side by side on Chapterly and never see each other's data. Your privacy is our priority. Roster, money, events. Yours stays yours. Built for fraternities, sororities, honor societies, and anyone else organized by chapter. Built by someone who had the job. For whoever has it next.
