Digital Sarbon

Digital Sarbon is the official app for the staff and lecturers of Sarbon University. It brings the work you do in the staff portal — timetable, attendance, assignment review, exam grading, grade-sheet approvals, exports and chat — to your phone.

ONE ACCOUNT, YOUR REAL ROLE • Nothing is hard-coded: every screen, menu entry and tab is built from the permissions your administrator granted • Hold several roles? Switch between them and the whole app changes with you • "My permissions" shows exactly what you may do, and what is not covered yet

TEACHING • Weekly timetable with pair, group, room and building • Attendance register in two taps, including shared-stream blocks • Excused and unexcused absences; a class that has not started cannot be marked • Assignment review: new, returned and graded work in three queues, with score and a reason when you send work back • Subject content and topic access

ASSESSMENT • Exam grading question by question: the student's answer, the maximum and your comment • The total can never exceed the maximum the exam allows • Grade sheets with the full approval chain — in charge, head of department, dean — so you can see who signed off and whose turn it is • Marks by subject and semester

LEADERSHIP • A scoped dashboard for deans, deputy deans, heads of department and the rectorate: students, groups, lecturers, subjects, attendance and average score for your faculty or department • Students, groups and lecturer access • Contracts and contract payments • Broadcasts to a role, with delivery and read statistics

OFFICE AND TOOLS • Chat with groups and colleagues: text, photos and files • Notifications with deep links into the right screen • Exports (XLSX/CSV) prepared on the server and downloaded when ready • Reference data: faculties, departments, subjects, rooms, buildings

SECURITY • Biometric app lock • Device fingerprint and a login history you can review • Signing out wipes every local file and the stored token

Sign in with the account issued by Sarbon University. There is no in-app sign-up: accounts are created and managed by the university.
