FACTS software

FACTS is the companion app for teams in literature canvassing programs. Directors and leaders run the program from their phone; students report their day in under a minute.

FOR STUDENTS • Report the day's donations by payment method • Record the books you delivered • See your totals and which reports are still awaiting review • Share your location with your leaders while you are in the field, only when you turn it on • Check your scholarship once your director publishes it

FOR LEADERS AND DIRECTORS • Dashboard with the program's totals, the daily chart and the top vans • Review the day's reports grouped by van and accept or deny them • Live map of everyone who is sharing, with each person's route for the day • Members: add people to the program, invite by email, promote a student to leader • Scholarships and pay per student, with the same figures as the web • Books and inventory: warehouse stock and what each program holds • Advances, bank deposits, budget and student accounts • Flights, van rentals and online orders • Applications from the public form: approve or deny

ACCOUNTS FACTS accounts are issued by your program director on facts.software. There is no sign-up inside the app.

LOCATION Location sharing is off until you turn it on. While it is on, the app keeps sending your position even in the background, so your leaders can coordinate pick-ups and look after the team in the field. Turn it off at any time and sharing stops immediately.
