Hoist

Hoist Workshop is the mobile app for Hoist, the workshop management system built for automotive workshops in New Zealand. It puts the jobs, bookings and customers from your workshop in your pocket, live and in sync with Hoist on the web.

A Hoist account is required. Your workshop administrator sets up staff accounts at hoist.nz.

ON THE WORKSHOP FLOOR - See today's jobs on the work board and your bookings in the calendar - Open a work order and work through each job - Start, pause and resume the clock as you work, so time lands on the right job - Complete vehicle inspections with pass, attention and fail results, notes and photos, then send the report to the customer - Add photos and documents to work orders and vehicles - Check stock levels, adjust quantities and run stocktakes

AT THE FRONT COUNTER - Book jobs and manage the calendar - Find customers and vehicles with their full service history - Create estimates and work orders and send them for authorisation - Send invoices and record payments - Text and email customers, and reply to their texts from the inbox

STAY IN THE LOOP - Push notifications when a customer texts back, plus your workshop's alerts and announcements - Everything updates live, so the office and the workshop floor always see the same job
