Tietoa

HouseCheckup keeps your home's recurring checkups on track and saves everything you do as your home's record.

[A checklist from your equipment] Pick what your home has, such as central air, furnace, water heater, gutters, garage or dishwasher, and get matching checkups: replace the HVAC filter, test smoke alarms, flush the water heater, clean the gutters and more. Intervals are common rules of thumb and you can change them anytime.

[Any schedule] Every 6 weeks, every 3 months or every May and November. Set days, weeks, months, years or seasonal months, or add a one-time task.

[Reminders on the day] One notification each morning with that day's checkups. Reminders are free. Skip this time or snooze with one tap.

[Your home's record] Mark a checkup done to save the date, cost, who did it (you or a pro), notes and photos. Log surprise repairs and upgrades too, and see what you spent by year and category.

[Appliances, warranties and papers in one place] Save brand, model, serial number, purchase date, price and warranty end date. Attach manuals, warranty cards and receipts as photos or PDFs. Get a reminder 30 days before a warranty ends.

[No account. Data stays on your phone] No sign-up and no address. Your data is stored on your device and you can export CSV anytime.

[Premium] Multiple homes, unlimited photos and documents, a PDF home report for selling or insurance, backup and restore, and no ads.

Intervals are general guidelines. Always follow your equipment's manual and your professional's advice.
