ISO 42001 Navigator

Implement ISO/IEC 42001 with a clear next step. ISO 42001 Navigator helps you see what to do next, track outstanding work and understand where you are in the overall process. For managers building and maintaining an artificial intelligence management system.

KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT Follow 37 practical steps across ten modules. A simple roadmap shows your current phase: Plan, Implement, Check or Improve. Work through a task, review its checkpoints and confirm completion.

KEEP YOUR WORK PLAN ON TRACK • Record owners, target dates and outstanding actions • Open tasks directly from the linked timeline • See dependencies and overdue work • Plan recurring reviews • Work systematically through responsibilities, AI use, objectives, risks and impacts • Reference existing evidence that stays in your organisation’s systems

FIND YOUR WAY QUICKLY A short introduction explains the workflow. Four main areas, readable text and a light layout make navigation easier. The interface and working aids are available in English, German and French. Your own entries remain unchanged.

OPTIONAL AI ACT PATHWAY Record AI use cases and answer additional questions for deployers. Uncertain answers stay visible and require clarification. This pathway complements your ISO/IEC 42001 work; it does not replace a full legal assessment.

START FREE. OPTIONAL PRO, NO SUBSCRIPTION. Your work plan, tasks, checkpoints, progress and timeline are free. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks PDF and HTML reports, editable ODT working aids, calendar exports and encrypted backups. The price is shown before purchase. You can restore purchases; importing existing backups remains free.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Work data is stored locally. No app account, advertising, tracking or external AI services. You choose where to save or share exports. Apple handles purchases.

The app supports implementation of ISO/IEC 42001. It does not reproduce the complete standard or guarantee conformity or certification.
