IzzySpells: Every Thought Deserves to Be Heard Honoring Your Mind, Unlocking Your Voice

1. SCREEN RECORDING Recorded on a physical iPhone model, starting from launching the app: [https://youtu.be/1A5PCaycJSU]. It shows the first launch lesson, spelling with speech, saved messages, Settings, and the parental lock. IzzySpells has no accounts, no login and no content shared between users, so there is no registration, deletion, reporting or blocking flow.

2. PURPOSE AND AUDIENCE IzzySpells is a talking letterboard: an AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) app for people who are non-speaking or minimally speaking and communicate by pointing to letters one at a time, including autistic people and people with apraxia. It is set up by the parents, carers, teachers and therapists who support them. With a physical letterboard, a second person has to read each letter and say the message aloud. IzzySpells speaks for the speller: each letter as it is pressed, each word on SPACE, and the whole message on END. The layout copies a real foam letterboard and never moves, because spellers rely on letters staying in the same place. It makes no medical, diagnostic or therapeutic claims.

3. SETUP AND MAIN FEATURES No login, account, credentials or sample files are needed. First launch shows a short lesson (press H, press I, press END), which can be skipped. Then: - Press a letter to hear it. SPACE speaks the word. END (↵) speaks the whole message and keeps it in Saved messages. - Tap the message to move the cursor and fix a mistake. - 123 switches to a numbers board; ABC switches back. The Menu button at the top of the screen opens: - Saved messages: every message spoken with END, to speak again, star, search or delete. - Settings: Voice (voice, speed, pitch), Letters, Board and Touch (hold time). - Board layout: ABC or QWERTY order. - Parental lock: an optional four digit PIN in front of the menu. - Purchase, Help, Privacy policy and Terms of service.

4. EXTERNAL SERVICES - Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit), for the one purchase. No other payment processor. - Apple's on-device speech synthesis, with the voices installed on the device. It works offline. - The privacy policy and terms, web pages at izzyspells.izzylifeapp.com, opened in an in-app browser. There is no server, account system, analytics, advertising, AI service or third-party SDK. Everything spelled or saved stays on the device.

5. REGIONAL DIFFERENCES None. The app works the same in every region. The interface is in English and the board uses the English alphabet; speech uses whichever voices the device has. Only the price differs, set by the App Store in local currency.

6. REGULATED INDUSTRY AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL Not applicable. IzzySpells is a communication aid, not a medical device, and is listed under Education. It contains no protected third-party material. The bundled IBM Plex Sans font and the open source components are used under their licences, which the app reproduces from Help.

7. IN-APP PURCHASE One non-consumable product, izzyspells_full, US$49.99, bought once. It unlocks the whole app permanently. It is not a subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing else to buy. The first three days after first launch are free, with nothing to sign up for. The app handles this itself; no store trial is configured. To reach the purchase flow: - During the free days, tap "Buy $49.99" in the top bar, or Menu > Purchase, which shows the days left. - After the free days, the board dims and the purchase screen covers it until the app is bought or restored. The purchase screen shows the price and what it unlocks, a Buy button, Restore purchase, and links to the terms and privacy policy. It can be tested with a sandbox account.
