Accounts are created by a company administrator, and sign-in uses a company e-mail or KOREOS account.

KoMail is the business e-mail app for companies that use KOREOS mail. It is the same screen and the same features as the webmail you already use in the browser, now on your phone.
■ What you can do • Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash and the folders you create • Primary, Promotions, Social and Updates tabs • Grouped conversations, read/unread, stars, archive and bulk actions • View and download attachments (PDF, images and Office files) • Compose with recipient suggestions, auto-saved drafts and scheduled send • Server-side search (sender, subject and body) • Your signature, the same one configured in KOREOS • AI to summarise, translate and draft replies — the same AI as KOREOS • Contacts and calendar • An alert when new mail arrives • Portuguese, Japanese, English and Filipino
■ About access You sign in with your company e-mail and mailbox password, or with your KOREOS account. Accounts are created by your company administrator.
