Leo: Family Scheduling

Leo is a family scheduling assistant you talk to like a person.

Tell him "Sam has soccer Tuesdays at 4" and it is on the calendar. Photograph the school flyer and he pulls every date out of it. Ask him who is free on Thursday and he tells you, without you scrolling through anything.

WHAT LEO DOES

- Keeps one calendar the whole household can see: parents, grandparents, a nanny or an au pair - Reads schedules out of photos: season fixtures, class timetables, school calendars - Sends a morning rundown and an evening heads up, so nobody discovers a pickup at 3pm - Catches the conflicts you would not: two kids, two places, one driver - Blocks your work calendar when something genuinely needs a parent there, with travel time - Remembers the things a long time household member would just know: the bus stop, who handles the school email, which Friday is a day off

FOR CAREGIVERS

An au pair or nanny gets her own view: her hours for the week against the limits she works to, the day ahead, and a place to log what she spends for the family. At the end of the month she sends the parents one link. They open it in a browser, see every receipt, and approve it.

Leo never moves money and never asks anyone for card or bank details.

PRIVACY

Your family's calendar is yours. Leo does not sell data, does not show ads, and does not use your family's information to advertise anything. Some events can be marked private so a caregiver never sees them.
