Littiva is a private companion for everyday habits and an optional food journal. Start with what matters to you, choose one small action, and build a routine that fits your days. No Littiva account or signup is required.

A PLAN THAT STARTS WITH YOU Answer a few thoughtful questions about your why, what gets in the way and when a habit could fit. Choose a small starting action, make it your own, and adjust it whenever life changes. You can also skip setup and explore first.

YOUR EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS, FREE • Track check-off habits or quantities such as water, minutes or pages. • Choose your days, quick-add amounts and optional local reminders. • Record progress, correct an entry or undo a recent change. • Pause a habit and keep its earlier history. • Reflect on your week with clear source records and room for gaps. • Choose light or dark appearance and your preferred units.

FOOD TRACKING, WHEN IT HELPS Keep an optional food journal, search the bundled food catalogue, create personal foods and save familiar meals. Adjust portions before logging. Nutrition displays are optional. Barcode lookup uses the local catalogue and your saved foods; an unrecognized code can be entered manually. Global food and barcode coverage is not guaranteed.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health records stay encrypted on your device. Core tracking and reviews work offline, with no health history uploaded to Littiva, ads or analytics. App lock uses your phone’s authentication system. Generic local reminders keep habit names and quantities out of notification text.

Your phone holds the only copy: there is no cloud recovery, export or device transfer. Losing your device, clearing storage or uninstalling can lose your history. Purchases, native store services and optional usage analytics can use the internet.

OPTIONAL LITTIVA PLUS Plus offers eight-week habit patterns calculated on your phone. Daily tracking, food logging, corrections, history, weekly reviews and privacy controls remain free. Ads are currently disabled for everyone.

Choose monthly or yearly billing. Eligible new subscribers can receive a seven-day free trial on either plan. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown by your store unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in your store account. Switching billing periods does not start a second trial.
