LOTS Go is the official mobile app of Hyundai GLOVIS Europe GmbH for vehicle transport jobs. It lets drivers and dealer staff view assigned jobs, sign electronic consignment notes and transport documents on site, and record vehicle damage with photos, even offline. Location is recorded only when a document is signed or a photo is uploaded, not tracked continuously.

LOTS Go is the official mobile app of Hyundai GLOVIS Europe GmbH for vehicle transport operations. Designed for drivers and dealer staff, LOTS Go enables transport documents and key delivery activities to be managed digitally on site.

KEY FEATURES

1. Job Management - View and manage assigned transport jobs, including job status, vehicle information and delivery details.

2. eCMR and Transport Documents - Access electronic consignment notes (eCMR) and domestic transport documents (DDT) directly from your phone and sign them digitally on site.

3. Damage and Proof of Delivery - Document vehicle damage at pick-up and delivery with photos and remarks, linked to the relevant transport documentation.

4. Job Milestones - Follow each transport job from pick-up through to final delivery and monitor its current status.

5. Works Offline / Offline Functionality - Continue working even without an internet connection. Information entered offline is synchronized automatically once a connection is available.

WHO IT IS FOR LOTS Go is publicly available for drivers and dealer staff participating in supported vehicle transport and delivery activities. Drivers and dealer staff do not need an account to use LOTS Go. Relevant transport jobs are accessed using the transport information required for the applicable workflow. Because drivers and receiving staff may vary between individual transport operations, LOTS Go can be downloaded when needed to support the relevant transport or delivery activity.

LOCATION When a transport document is signed or a photo is uploaded, LOTS Go records the device's location at that moment to confirm where the relevant transport activity took place. LOTS Go does not continuously track the device's location or collect location data in the background.
