Lumion Inbox

Lumion Inbox puts every text, email, call and website chat with a prospective student in one shared inbox, so your admissions team can see what needs a person, reply in context and call back from your school's own number.

It's the mobile app for staff at schools that use Lumion. Your school's AI agent works alongside you: everything it sends or answers is labeled with its name, and when a student asks for a person, the conversation comes to your team with the context attached.

See what needs you • Needs you, Coming up, Tasks, Hot leads and Everything views put the next follow-up at the top • Switch between conversations your team is handling, conversations AI is handling, or all of them • Filter by unread, starred or assigned to you, and search across your school's conversations • Folders for My Inbox, Starred, Archive, Drafts, Scheduled and the Sent log • Read, starred and archived status is shared with your whole team, so no one follows up twice

Reply in context • Each contact's texts, emails, calls and website chats on one screen, one tab per channel • Reply by text or email from your school's numbers and addresses • Quick replies for the answers you send most • Drafts are kept, so you can finish a reply later • Your school's messaging rules, including opt-outs, are checked before anything is sent

Work alongside AI • Every AI-written message and AI-answered call shows your agent's name • Hand-offs tell you why a student asked for a person • AI summaries of website chats show the student's intent at a glance • AI-suggested follow-up tasks come with the reason and a draft you can edit, send, schedule or skip • Take over from AI at any time, or pause and resume AI outreach for a contact

Call from your school's lines • Call from your school's phone numbers over the internet, never from your personal number • Choose which school line to call from, or dial any number on the keypad • Calls use iPhone's built-in calling system, so they keep going when you switch apps or lock your phone • A Recording label shows during calls on lines your school records • Call history shows how each call was routed, with recordings and transcripts when your school records calls • Voicemail with transcripts • Log the outcome of every call

Contacts • Contact details, consent status, notes and a full activity history • Add and edit contacts, including straight from the keypad

Made for school teams • Switch between schools if you work at more than one • Supports Dark Mode and larger text sizes
