Lyhyesti

Nära is a family app for seniors that lets an older relative send a daily "All Well" check-in with one tap, and it escalates to family members if a check-in is missed. It offers a large, simple screen for the senior, built-in calling and FaceTime, and an optional paid tier for news, reminders and photos. Data stays in the family's own iCloud, with no tracking by the developer.

Tietoa

Nära makes it easy for Mom, Dad or Grandma to show that all is well – and for the family to stay close, even from far away.

The senior's screen is large, calm and ready to use. The family sets everything up remotely, so there are no settings to get lost in.

SAFETY – ALWAYS FREE • All Well: one tap in the morning and the family sees the day has started. • If a check-in is missed, the senior is reminded first, then the main contact, then the whole family. • Big buttons to call or FaceTime the family. • Ask for Help: the senior sends a question and the family is notified right away. • Works with Siri.

NÄRA PLUS • News and photos from the family – read aloud. • Photo of the Week in a large frame on the home screen. • Reminders for medicine, appointments and birthdays. • See when the phone last moved, or Philips Hue motion sensors at home. Nära Plus is 199 SEK per year (local equivalent), with the first 3 months free. One family member pays – the whole family and the senior get access.

NO SERVER, NO TRACKING Everything is stored in your own iCloud and shared only within the family. INNOMEGA collects no data.

Works on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
