Restaurants I Wanted to Try is a food-drink app for saving restaurants you plan to visit and logging the meals you have eaten, with dish photos, notes, prices and ratings. Its calendar view and monthly spending summary let users look back on past outings. The store text says data stays on the device and in the user's own iCloud.
