Right Foot is a productivity alarm that keeps ringing until you scan a barcode or QR code you chose, placed away from your bed, such as a vitamin bottle or your running shoes. It is aimed at people who struggle to get up and start their day. One detail that stands out is the awake check, which asks a few minutes after scanning whether you're still up and rings again if you don't answer.

Only the code is saved, never a photo. • Snooze if you want it, with a limit and a label you'd feel silly pressing. • Block apps and websites for hours before the alarm, until you scan. • Awake check: a few minutes after you scan, it asks if you're still up. No answer, it rings again. • Five emergency stops a month, for when the code really isn't there.
