RiseCheck is an alarm clock for people who turn alarms off in their sleep. Until you finish a short mission, it rings again every minute, for up to 30 minutes: solve a few sums, shake your phone, walk some steps, photograph a spot in another room, or scan a barcode.

WHY IT WORKS • Built on Apple's own alarm system: it rings through Silent mode and Focus, even when the app is closed. • Pressed Stop or a volume button in your sleep? If the mission is not done, it rings again every minute, for up to 30 minutes. While RiseCheck is open on the mission, it keeps ringing too. • An optional wake-up check rings once more a few minutes later, so you do not fall back asleep.

FAIR WHEN YOU ARE HALF ASLEEP • Big buttons and a large number pad on a calm, dark screen. • Three failed tries? You get an easier backup mission instead of being stuck. • Emergency off is always there: type one sentence and the alarm stops (that morning does not count toward your streak).

SEE YOUR MORNINGS IMPROVE • Streak of good mornings, skipping days with no alarm. • Average wake-up time this week compared with last week. • Extra rings counted, so you can see when you are getting better.

FREE • Unlimited alarms, repeat on any days. • One mission per alarm: math (three levels), shake or walk. • Test ring during setup, so you hear it work before you trust it.

RISECHECK PRO • Camera missions: photograph a spot (like your bathroom sink) or scan a barcode (like your toothpaste). Photos are compared on your iPhone and never leave it. • Stack several missions on one alarm. • Wake-up check with 3, 5 or 10 minutes. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your alarms and history stay on your iPhone.

Requires iOS 26.1 or later. RiseCheck uses the iPhone's own alarm volume (Settings › Sounds & Haptics). The ring inside the app, on the mission screen, follows the media volume.
