Screenshot Brain helps you find information saved in screenshots and organize it into a case you can review and share. Create an order, booking, support or other case, attach related screenshots from your indexed library, add notes and arrange a dated timeline.

CHECK THE DETAILS Review extracted references, correct recognition errors and choose which confirmed details appear in your packet. Editing a detail requires you to confirm it again. Original recognized values remain visible in the entry editor.

PREPARE A PDF PACKET Draw black redaction areas over sensitive parts of an image. The exported copy embeds flattened redacted pixels. Preview the packet before opening the system share sheet. Only details you confirm and select are included; your notes and unredacted image areas remain visible. Each case supports up to 40 screenshots.

FIND YOUR SAVED SCREENSHOTS Search text and visual labels recognized on your device, or browse collections such as receipts, tickets and tracking information. Recognition and automatic categories may be inaccurate; always check the source image.

KEEP CONTROL No Screenshot Brain account is required. Recognition and case storage run on your device. Erase the search index while preserving saved cases, or erase all cases separately. Photos originals are unchanged. Shared copies are controlled by the destination you choose and must be removed separately.

TRY THE WALKTHROUGH The bundled sample case uses clearly labeled fictional source images. Try confirmation, redaction and PDF preparation without granting Photos access.

MEMBERSHIPS Free access indexes the newest 100 screenshots. Monthly and yearly Screenshot Brain Pro memberships remove the indexing limit; both plans provide the same benefit. Case creation and PDF preparation do not require Pro. Prices and availability are shown by Apple's StoreKit before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore purchases is available in the app.

The app reads only Photos assets you authorize. iCloud-only images must be available locally. Screenshot discovery refreshes when the app becomes active. PDF packets are personal organization documents; their content is entered or selected by you.
