Shiftly: Restaurant Checklists

Know what is done before the last person leaves. Shiftly brings restaurant checklists, team schedules and completion records together, from opening the kitchen to closing for the night. MAKE DAILY ROUTINES CLEAR Create checklists for opening, closing, cleaning and recurring checks. Set the time, deadline and responsible team members. Staff see assigned tasks, progress and overdue work in one place. KEEP A RECORD OF THE WORK Ask for a simple confirmation, a photo or a numeric or text entry. Mark essential steps as required or critical. A checklist can only be completed when its required steps are confirmed. History shows who completed each step and when, with the available evidence. PLAN THE TEAM AHEAD Build work schedules for the months ahead. Set regular hours and adjust a specific day for a later start, a shorter shift or a day off. Employees can see their own schedule and who they work with at their location. FOLLOW UP FROM YOUR PHONE Review pending tasks, missed deadlines and completion reports across your locations. Record equipment temperatures manually and review their history. Report problems with a description, urgency and photo, then follow their status. Create your company, add your team and make the next shift clear. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
