Sprout - Habits & Rewards is a lifestyle app where a child and a parent agree on habits, then record daily check-ins for things like bedtime, kind words, or reading. Parents set their own rewards and penalties, and the calendar can hold photos, videos, or recordings. It works offline with optional iCloud sync, and a one-time purchase unlocks unlimited profiles and habits.

Agree on habits with your child and choose your own rewards and penalties. Check in for bedtime, kind words or daily reading; look back on the calendar and add photos, videos or recordings.
In View mode, children can check in for today. In Manage mode, parents can manage habits, set rewards and penalties, add or correct results, and confirm redemptions. Sprout also suits other arrangements between people building habits and those helping manage them.
No registration needed. Everyday records work offline, with optional iCloud sync. Export readable records, or make a full backup including photos, videos and audio. Import it again to restore your growth history.
