Lyhyesti
Subsy Builder Subscription Mgr is a utilities app for tracking developer tool subscriptions, including cost, billing cycle, renewal dates and plan limits. It can split shared costs across projects and show spending per app. It also offers a prompt that describes your full stack for generating an architecture diagram with cost and risk overlays.

You're building great stuff, but paying for more dev tools than you can name. Subsy tells you exactly what, how much, and which of your projects depends on it.
WHAT IT DOES
• Track every service — tier, cost, billing cycle, renewal date, plan limits • Split shared costs across projects. GitHub at $19 across 2 apps is $9.50 each • See spend per app, not one meaningless total • Freshness rings show which records you haven't checked in months • Note which card pays for what — last four digits only, never a full number
BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO SHIP
Generate a prompt describing your entire stack — paid services, free tiers and in-house modules — ready to paste into Claude Code or Codex for an architecture diagram with cost and risk overlays. No other tracker does this.
YOUR DATA
No analytics. No advertising. No tracking of any kind. Export everything as JSON whenever you like. Works on iPhone and in any browser at subsy.app, with the same account either way.
