Lyhyesti

VZone Forms lets field staff fill in their organization's assigned forms, such as inspections, audits and checklists, on their phone. It is aimed at teams whose accounts are created by an administrator, and it works offline, with entries syncing once the connection returns. Standout: text and barcodes can be read straight into form fields with the camera.

Tietoa

VZone Forms puts your organization's forms in your pocket. Inspections, deliveries, handovers, audits and checklists: fill them in on site, with or without a connection, and every entry reaches your team as soon as you are back online.

WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION Forms assigned to you are kept on your device. Fill them in a basement, a warehouse or on the road; entries wait safely on your phone and sync on their own when the signal returns. My work shows what is still waiting, and drafts can be saved and finished later.

CAPTURE EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Photos from the camera or your gallery • Signatures drawn on screen • Your exact location, captured with one tap • File attachments • Barcodes and QR codes, such as asset tags and plate numbers • Text from a document or business card, read straight into a field • Dates, times, choices, ratings, numbers and more

BUILT FOR TEAMS Administrators manage the team, assign forms to the right people, and review, filter and export entries. Field staff see only the forms assigned to them and the entries they have submitted.

SECURE BY DESIGN • Everything sent between the app and the server is encrypted • Drafts and entries on your device are stored encrypted • Optional fingerprint or face unlock • No ads and no tracking

ENGLISH AND ARABIC The app works fully in English and Arabic, with right-to-left layouts, in light and dark themes.

HOW TO GET ACCESS VZone Forms is for organizations that use the VZone Forms service. Your account is created by your organization's administrator; there is no self sign-up. To bring VZone Forms to your organization, contact support@vzoneinternational.com.
