Zen is a calm Pomodoro timer that helps you stay focused. Give one thing your full attention, take a short rest, and after every few sessions, recharge. When a session ends, Zen rings, even in silent mode or during a focus, so a break never runs long.
AN ALARM YOU CAN TRUST Zen uses a real alarm, not a notification you might miss. It rings with a heartbeat sound when your session is over, and if you wear an Apple Watch, it reaches your wrist too. You can start your next session right from the alarm.
YOUR SESSION AT A GLANCE A Live Activity counts down on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can see how much time is left without opening the app.
