A passport expiring next year. Rent on the 1st. A free trial that turns into a charge on Friday. A friend's birthday. A tax deadline. Add each one once, and Aheado reminds you ahead of time, as early as you choose.
ONE LIST FOR EVERYTHING • Documents: passports, IDs, licenses, insurance, anything that expires • Subscriptions: renewals and free trials, each amount in its own currency • Bills: rent, utilities, loans, one-time or recurring • Events: birthdays, anniversaries, appointments • Deadlines: applications, filings, anything you must not miss • Routines: the small things you do every day or every week
REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS Choose when each entry should speak up: months, weeks or days ahead. Set several reminders for the things that matter most.
ONE TAP WHEN IT'S DONE Pay a bill and it rolls to the next due date. Renew a document and the new expiry is set. Cancel a subscription and Aheado stops reminding you about the next payment. The dates update themselves.
SEE WHAT'S NEXT The most urgent entry is always at the top, with the days left in plain sight. A calendar shows your whole year, and anything overdue is impossible to overlook.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No tracking. Everything lives on your device and works offline. Turn on iCloud sync and your entries appear on your other devices through your own private iCloud.
FREE AND AHEADO+ Aheado is free for up to 10 entries and 3 voice reminders, with small and medium widgets. Aheado+ removes the limits and adds iCloud sync and the large widget with your payments for the next 30 days.
Aheado+ is available as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The annual plan starts with a 1-month free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
