Every family has a drawer of important papers, and the one you need is never with you. AtHand keeps your family's documents on your iPhone, organized by person, with reminders before anything expires.
SCAN ONCE, HAVE IT ALWAYS - Scan passports, IDs, driver's licenses, visas, birth certificates, insurance policies and professional certifications with the built-in document scanner - Or import photos and PDFs you already have - Multi-page documents, front and back, in one place
ORGANIZED BY PERSON - Create a profile for each family member - Name each document your way, in any country, any language - Find anything instantly with search
NEVER MISS AN EXPIRATION - Add an expiration date and choose when to be reminded: a week, a month, six months or a year before - Up to five reminders per document - See everything that's expiring soon in one list - Documents without an expiration date (like birth certificates) are simply stored
PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Your documents stay on your iPhone. No account, no servers, no tracking - Lock the app with Face ID or your passcode - The app content is hidden in the app switcher - Document numbers never appear in notifications
YOURS TO KEEP - Share a document or a full PDF dossier by AirDrop, Mail or WhatsApp - Show a document full-screen with extra brightness at the counter - Create password-protected backups and restore them any time
SIMPLE PRICING Try AtHand free with up to 3 documents. Unlock unlimited documents for your whole family with a single one-time purchase. No subscription, no ads. Family Sharing supported.
AtHand is made by an independent developer who believes your family's documents belong to you.
