Baktam: Auto Repair Software

Baktam is auto repair shop software for independent repair shops, garages and service centers. Check in vehicles, write repair orders, sell parts, take payments and keep every customer's vehicle history in one app — from the service bay, the front counter or the lot.

The mobile app uses the same account as the Baktam web panel, so service advisors, technicians and cashiers all work from the same up-to-date shop data.

VEHICLE CHECK-IN & REPAIR ORDERS • Look up vehicles by license plate or VIN; scan the VIN barcode at check-in • Record the customer's concern, odometer reading, fuel level and damage photos • Add parts, labor and service packages to the repair order • Track every job: Quote → In service → Completed → Delivered • Assign technicians; techs log time on each job with a built-in timer • Internal notes and notes visible to the customer • Create the next-service reminder when the job is done

CUSTOMER APPROVALS • Send the quote (estimate) as a secure link via WhatsApp or any messaging app — or by automatic SMS once set up • Customers review it on their phone and approve with their signature • Get notified the moment a quote is approved or declined

POINT OF SALE & PAYMENTS • Quick counter sales with your phone camera as a barcode scanner • Take payments by cash, card, bank transfer or check • Sell on account to business and fleet customers and track what they owe • Record deposits and dated checks with due dates

PARTS & INVENTORY • Search parts by name, SKU, OEM number or barcode • Scan barcodes to add parts to repair orders and sales • Barcode stock counts, saved as you count • Low-stock alerts and stock levels for the selected branch
