BhandariTech POS, shown as "BT POS" on the home screen, is a handheld ordering companion for the BhandariTech till. Restaurant staff take eat-in, takeaway, delivery and account orders on the floor and send them to the till and kitchen printers. It only works with the BhandariTech till on a local network, and a demo mode with sample data is available.

BhandariTech POS (shown as "BT POS" on your home screen) is the handheld ordering companion for the BhandariTech POS till. Your staff take orders anywhere on the floor and send them straight to the till and kitchen, with no re-keying and no paper tickets.
TAKE ORDERS AT THE TABLE • Eat-in, takeaway, delivery and customer-account orders • Pick the table from your floor plan and set the number of guests • Browse the live menu by category, or search • Add options and modifiers with their prices, plus item notes and kitchen instructions • Send the order to the till in one tap; it prints to your kitchen printers automatically
ALWAYS UP TO DATE • Menu, prices, tables and customers come straight from your till • Changes made on the till appear on the handheld in real time • See open orders, and reprint tickets to the kitchen • Ordering for a table that already has an open bill adds to that bill
CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS • Look up customers and account balances • Create or update customer details while taking an order
SECURE BY DESIGN • Pairs with your till by scanning a one-time QR code • Encrypted connection to your till (HTTPS) after pairing, locked to your till's own certificate • Staff sign in with their staff number and PIN • Lost handheld? Revoke it from the till in one tap
REQUIREMENTS This app works only with the BhandariTech POS till software running on your restaurant's local network. It does not work on its own, and it never sends your data to us; orders go directly from the handheld to your till.
