ONE TASK, TWO LISTS • Give a task to a coworker, your partner or your kids. It shows up on their board and stays on yours. • You see when they start it, add a note, or finish it, on every device. • Tasks they give you land on your board the same way, so nothing gets lost in a text thread.

THEY DON'T EVEN NEED BRINK • Hand a task to anyone with an email address, whether or not they've joined. • "Email them" sends it from your own email, with the task and a link to join. • They reply "done" and it's checked off on your board. Anything else they write lands as a note.

JUST SAY IT • "Hey Siri, add to Brink," then talk: "Lane needs to send the quote by Friday." • Brink works out who, what and when, and asks if you skipped the due date. • Ask out loud: "What does Lane have?" Brink reads back the list. • Paste a meeting recap or an email and Brink splits it into tasks.
