Button. is a productivity app that blocks chosen apps on your phone until you finish a task you have named and press an on-screen button to confirm it. You pick which apps to block, or block everything except a short list, and set schedules by day and time. It uses Apple's Screen Time controls, and all names, selections, schedules, and presses stay on the device, with no account, ads, or tracking.

Button! blocks your selected apps until you've done your thing and pressed your button.
Name your button. Choose the thing you want to gatekeep yourself from your phone to do. Walk Dog. Do Homework. Eat Breakfast. Make Video. Whatever your thing is, put it on the button.
Gatekeep your phone. Your selected apps are blocked until you complete your task and press your button. Block only the apps you choose, or block all apps except the ones you want to keep available.
Did it? Press it. Once you've done your thing, press the button to unlock your phone. A big, glossy, red button presses down with a satisfying clunk and turns green. You're confirming that you've done it.
Make a routine. Choose which apps to block and how often to block them until you've pressed the button. Pick your days and times, including different times for different days. Your button stays green until the next scheduled time, then turns red and blocks your apps again.
Button! uses Apple's Screen Time controls and needs your permission to block apps. Button names, app selections, schedules, and presses stay on your device. No account. No ads. No tracking.
