Turn paper cards into a personal, searchable library on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Keep the original card alongside editable contact details, notes and the context that makes each person memorable.
CAPTURE THE CARD Scan business cards on iPhone or iPad, import images from Photos or Files, or add details manually. Save the front and back, recognize printed text and review the information before saving. Scan multiple cards with a single take with Multiscan.
MAKE IT YOUR LIBRARY Organize connections with folders, colorful tags and favorites. Add notes, social profiles and custom fields to keep the details that matter to you. Choose from four card layouts, customize the information shown, and sort or group your collection your way.
REMEMBER THE MEETING Record when and where you met someone, along with what you discussed. Explore saved places and card addresses on a map, then open directions when it is time to reconnect. Saving your location is optional.
ASK CARDSMATE Find people and contact details through search or ask the Assistant questions about your saved cards. Request changes to notes, tags and other details, then review proposed edits before saving. Optional Apple Intelligence enhances scanning and Assistant interpretation on compatible devices.
KEEP IN TOUCH Call, message, email or open a website directly from a card. Save selected details to Apple Contacts, or share a contact as a vCard, card image or portable CardsMate card. Export collections as archives for safekeeping.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Text recognition and optional Apple Intelligence processing happen on your device. CardsMate includes no advertising, analytics SDKs or remote text-recognition service. Camera, Photos, Contacts and location permissions are requested when needed.
AT HOME ON YOUR APPLE DEVICES Enjoy a native interface made for iPhone, iPad and Mac, with Liquid Glass, light and dark appearances, customizable accent colors and keyboard shortcuts on Mac and iPad.
