CarRoster is a fleet management app for companies that share pool cars and vans. Built for small and medium-sized businesses, public institutions and teams on the move, it replaces spreadsheets, paper logbooks and chat groups with a single system that shows every vehicle, who has it and what needs attention.

Most fleet management tools were built for large enterprises with hundreds of vehicles and dedicated fleet managers. CarRoster was designed for organizations with a handful to a few dozen vehicles, giving them the same clear overview without the complexity and the big price tag.

- Fleet Dashboard: See how many vehicles are available, in use or in service, this month's spend and anything that needs attention, all on one screen. - Vehicle Registry: Every vehicle with its plate, mileage, status and current driver. Search and filter by availability, in use or needs service. - Check Out and Return: Hand over a vehicle and take it back in a few taps, with mileage and fuel recorded at every handover. See at a glance which vehicles are due back or overdue. - Reservations: Book a vehicle in advance so everyone knows when it is taken. - Damage Reports: Mark the exact spot on the vehicle diagram, choose the type of damage, add a photo and track it until it is repaired. Print or share a report whenever you need it. - Service and Costs: Service reminders based on mileage intervals, plus trips and expenses for every vehicle. - Clean, Focused Design: A calm, simple interface, so your team spends less time on paperwork and more time on the road.

Security and Privacy

Your fleet data belongs to your organization. Every company works in its own separate workspace, each person gets only the access their role requires, and owner and admin accounts are protected with mandatory two-factor authentication. All data is hosted in the EU, and you can delete your account directly in the app at any time.

CarRoster requires an organization account. Your company administrator can invite you, or you can request access at carroster.net.
