En bref

CrewDock calculates what a shooting day is worth by taking call time, wrap and breaks and applying the pay rules of the agreement the user works under, including overtime, short turnaround, meal penalties, travel and holiday pay. It is aimed at film and television crew, with support for APA Recommended Terms and Dutch and Belgian agreements. One standout feature is a day tracker that runs on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and fills the calculator when the day ends.

À propos

Crew Dock works out what your shooting day is actually worth.

Enter your call time, wrap and breaks. Crew Dock applies the agreement your job runs under and returns the number. Overtime, short turnaround, meal penalties, travel and holiday pay all included. No spreadsheet, no second-guessing.

RATES THAT FOLLOW THE AGREEMENT Built around the APA Recommended Terms for Crew, with support for Dutch and Belgian agreements too. Pick the one your job runs under and the rules follow.

TRACK THE DAY AS IT HAPPENS Start the day tracker at your call time and it runs on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Mark lunch, get a nudge before it ends, and hit wrap. The day arrives in your calculator already filled in.

INVOICE WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP Keep your clients on file, group days into projects and send a PDF invoice straight from your phone.

KEEP THE RECEIPTS Every job is saved with the full breakdown, so when a producer queries a figure you can show exactly how it was reached.

Free to use. No trial, no locked features.

Crew Dock is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the APA.
