DocNomi: Split & Merge PDF

Got a PDF that mixes several documents? Two identical forms for two vehicles, certificates for several addresses, a stack of invoices? DocNomi reads every page on your Mac, finds where each document starts, splits it and names it after what it contains.

SPLIT Drop a PDF or a scan: DocNomi proposes one file per document. Move a cut with one click, drag pages from one file to another.

NAME FROM CONTENT License plate, address, company, invoice number, date: DocNomi picks what really sets each document apart. Two identical forms get two different names. Click a word on the page to add it to the name, then apply the same naming pattern to every similar document.

MERGE Several PDFs or images become a single PDF, in the order you choose.

CHECK DocNomi flags the same scan twice, two different originals of one document, an original file name that contradicts the page, a hard-to-read page. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is saved without your review.

GUIDED START On first launch, an interactive tour lets you try every step on a fictional sample. Zoom with a pinch or the mouse wheel, and move the page with a middle-click drag or the Space bar.

MENU BAR Optionally drop files on the DocNomi icon at the top of the screen: the review opens right away.
